Anyone hear anything about how AI content affects the sale of a site?

Thinking about selling a site of mine in the next year or two and I’ve been doing some AI content as of late. It’s been ranking and helping bring in more traffic. If website buyers know you use AI will they low ball what the site is worth? Any insight is appreciated
