Hi guys! I live in California and received a federal jury summons today. Im actually really excited I’ve always wanted to experience jury duty. I’m supposed to be available two weeks in October for what I assume is the time the lawyers have to pick out the jury. I just was wondering a few things, first, is federal jury a bigger deal than a state summons? Like what is the difference 😠Also, since it’s a federal summons does this mean they’re picking a grand jury? I just kinda wanna know what’s in store for me if I do end up getting picked thank you!
