Received a summons for my soon to be ex husband at our family's home address today. However we are getting divorced and he is now living full time with his long term affair partner. He has blocked me on his phone and email and pretty much every way of contacting him. I do not have his current address and I've been playing the "return to sender, forwarding address unknown" with all his mail. However I would have to assume my divorce attorney already has his contact info, or could pass the jury summons info on to HIS divorce attorney. However, I do know he is no longer living in the same city/county as when we were together, so I don't even know if the summons is valid. I also have no idea if he's updated his driver's license since he only moved out a couple of months ago and he hasn't spoken to either myself or our children since he moved out.
Should I return it to sender as undeliverable at this address like I've been doing with his other mail? Or am I legally obligated to tell him about it since we are still married and probably will be for several more months?
Obligated to tell him what??
