My 1948 case was approved by a judge in Italy and the 60 day appeal period concludes in July.
Can anyone provide some detailed insight regarding the next steps?
Do they need to send my info to my local consulate before I can start the next steps? Do I go right to AIRE?
Silly questions, but upon approval in Italy and the conclusion of the appeal period, my citizenship is officially considered recognized, correct? Or are the additional steps essential to recognition rather than just for my passport? I am just trying to confirm if I am considered a citizen at that date
