I'm a beginner and, as the title says, I screw up the timing by landing when my rope is hitting the floor. I start off okay, but soon my timing is off. Sometimes I realize I'm about to screw up and I start swinging the rope faster which results in me jumping faster and I soon resemble a hamster at full tilt on his wheel. Too fast for a newbie to sustain. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how you solved the issue.
Eeh it's normal. πStart slow and just keep trying. Eventually, you'll get your rythm.
Make sure also the proper length of rope to your height is correct. (foot-armpit)
