Square- He rushed towards the opponent and yells out "Hamon Overdrive!". The attack is very similar to something like kenshiro's awakening of the sense or narutos six paths spar.

Triangle- He sends out hermit purple to grab amd drag the opponent towards you and then you deliver a hard blow to the head, much like bungee gum.

Circle- A counter to where jospeh wraps himself with hermit purple and if you hit or a projectile lands he grabs you with hermit purple and sends a burst of hamon thought you.

X- His awakened would be him rushing the enemy amd land about 10 quick but strong blows and the last one sends the enemy flying back but hermit purple wraps around them and Joseph says "Your next line will be "Damn it! You'll pay for this!" The enemy then says it and the final hit is a huge burst of hamon sent to you through hermit purple as Joseph yells "Now, take this! Hamon Overdrive!"
