Need advice. New to juggling

Im trying to learn to juggle. But everytime i have to catch and throw fro. The opposite hand i also move and make my hand go faster than i know it needs to be. I have another issue but wanna learn how to fix the first problem first. Any suggestions. I only to the freak out hand too quick thing when doing multiple balls. Single ball or object im perfectly fine with so im pretty sure it can be fixed
