Diagnosed with UC 2016, total colectomy w/ rectum removed 2019.

I wake up with incontinence and leakage almost every morning. I am always so full of gas, I can pass gas for over 30 minutes at a time without much relief. I can’t take it anymore I have to do something. The only thing that ever helped was Opiods as far as slowing things down but caused me to have fecal impaction twice so I’m off of those.

I have Pouchitis, very severe. Cipro & Flagyl barely touch it. Prednisone does nothing.

I throw up every morning. I vomit throughout the day, I can barely eat at all.

I just want to empty my bowels and all this gas, any tips please.
