I was thinking of a plot for part 9. A location and somewhat interesting story.
Main Characters: Josiah Joestar
Location: Mexico.
Year: 2013
Plot: Josiah was the original head of the Cartel but was overthrown by his subordinates. His mission is to find who planned the revolution and retake his spot after the traitors are dealt with. But with the whole cartel working against him this will be a very hard challenge.
