Modernize the VDV faction!

The VDV faction should receive more love with a unique visual and some new equipments!
Head: swap the old 6b7-1m for a 6b47 helmet
Torso: update the 6sh112 for a 6sh117 or 6b45 body armor
Uniform: standard EMR is cool, but the 6sh122 reversible suit is way more cool

VDV did not have AK12 is 2004-2010. I would like there to be visual differences between regular RGF and VDV just as there are for the US Army and USMC and PLA and PLANMC.
