So I think I’m like most men after they work out, just bursting with a testosterone high and rubbing one off as part of your cool down seems like the best way to end your workout, so your definitely thinking about it.

Anyway I hit the gym near my office after work about 3X a week and would often see some of the same regulars up there, we’d barely talk, but more or less acknowledge each other with a nod or a heads up. That soon evolved to small talk in the locker area about whatever game might be on or sportscenter.

I was never aggressive about talking people up at the gym b/c it always weirded me out when others did that so I usually just played it cool and kept mostly to myself, I was there to work out.

After workouts the routine was shower- sauna-steam room and repeat about twice and roll home. This gym had an executive locker room and a regular locker room, I usually hit the regular locker room first b/c of the social nudity. It was a funny sight b/c most or the gay guys or newbs would cover up and the rest wouldn’t give a flying fuck. Often I’d find myself sitting next to one of my upstairs buds in the sauna or he’d shower right across from me in what were pretty much communal showers with curtains. Hardly anyone used the curtains so you often got a full view of the guy across from you lathering up!

We’d usually ignore the gay guys b/c they just tried to hard to “cruise” the wet area in the locker room with out much success and it was pretty clear they didn’t go there to workout. They’d just look you up and and down camp out too long and be weird.
