Earlier today I wrapped up a nearly four month long project with two of my really good online buddies (we'll call them M and D) – we finished up our grand finals for our 32 babe, single elimination porn star tournament!

This all started when I ran into M a few months ago and we hit it off really well. We quickly decided it would be fun for both of us if we started a "porn star tournament" that both of us could talk about, and that we could both jerk off to whenever we were both online. We decided on a "Favorite Overall Pornstar" tournament and went about setting it up.

Back in May, we laid down the groundwork, nominated our babes, and began to get to it. The "rules" we decided on were as follows:

• Alternately nominated group of 32 babes, 12 unrestricted picks a piece and 4 category-defined picks
• 4 categories for nominations: Redheads, Latinas, Big Tits, DVP on Camera
• Seeding done by averaged ranked lists from each player
• Single elimination
• Unanimous decision needed to advance – if no decision, tiebreaker based on points, with 1 point per each player's category vote
• Tiebreaker categories (each comma separated group is one category): Hair/Face, Tits/Torso, Ass/Legs, One on one Fuckability, Group Fuckability

We thought this was a fair rule set for a two man game – unanimous decision obviously being highly preferred, but a fairly methodical tiebreaker system in place for any matchups we just did not see eye to eye on that still allowed for some subjectivity even in the tiebreaker "shootouts".

After we went back and forth nominating our babes, M and I both ranked the women from 1-32 as objectively as we could and shared our ranked lists with each other. I then took the lists and averaged them together to determine our initial seeding for the bracket. We both picked two categories that we wanted more of after the first 24 picks were completed, then nominated those babes as well.

The women we nominated for the 4 categories were:

• Redheads: Jia Lissa & Red Fox
• Latinas: Abella Danger & Alina Lopez
• Big Tits: Angie Faith & Peta Jensen
• DVP: Luna Lovely & Kyler Quinn

You can see all of our selections, individual rankings, and final seeding here. My rankings are in the third column and M's are in the fourth. The table is sorted by the final seeding – any "averaged" ties were broken manually in discussion.

So everything's set up, the bracket is established – how does D fit into this?

We actually jerked off through the first four matches in the bracket before he showed up. Somewhere in late June I got it in my head that this would be more fun with a small group, and I told M I thought I knew a guy. I put the three of us in a group chat and the rest is history – we invited D to join in on our fun and started getting into it in early July.

D did not get the opportunity to provide input on the nominations or seeding, but we had to figure out a way to accommodate him in the voting. Unanimous decisions would be much less likely in a group of 3, so we actually switched to a points system based on the tiebreaker rules and categories and carried that through the rest of the tournament.

We made it a point to discuss each round in excruciating detail before finalizing, casting votes, etc., and slowed down even more by the time we made it to the semifinals. We wrapped up the grand finals today and I could not be happier with the results and just how amazingly fun the process was.

We learned a ton about how to improve this process when we start our next one, our capacity for tournament size/speed (95% of the bracket went by in about 6 weeks, I definitely think we can do slightly larger brackets in the future), and also just strengthened our connections a lot and had a ton of fun in the process.

I had such a good time with these guys and can't wait to do something like this again! Also definitely not opposed to making this group larger for the right people.
