Does anyone have any tips for how to interview well on Zoom? In a couple weeks, I have an interview with three people on Zoom and I want to do my best.
I have done this type of interview before but felt awkward because I tried to engage a silent member of the search committee but that attempt fell a little flat.
I was offered the job but didn’t take it because I didn’t feel as though I got to know anyone and the salary range was too low.
