Slight rant, I have been looking for a job that pays better than what I am currently making (of course) using several different websites like ZipRecuiter, LinkedIn, and indeed. I applied for this “Account Rep” position, low and behold they contact me via email to set up a virtual interview. The job description says 55k-100k a year commission and bonuses. Well I go check out reviews and this job is 100% commission no salary. How are they going to expect to get a decent person to fill that position if they are going to straight up lie to them from the get go? I would have never applied for this position if I had known it was strictly commission. Yes I know I should have done my due diligence and researched it before even applying but it looked like a legit, sweet gig. These sites should filter out jobs that are commission based and not let them show up when you are looking for a specific salary. Sorry for the rant, just a heads up for anyone looking for this kind of job.
