Are there any accomplishments you wish you could put on your resume, but that you think a recruiter/ HM would find inappropriate?

I find it interesting that because of certain formalities in the corporate world certain accomplishments are not taken seriously or even looked down upon. Since, I am facing this challenge in my own life, I was wondering if anyone else had faced it in theirs and how they dealt with it.
