Never a good sign. I got COVID and was sick during my new-hire probation period and was out for two weeks. I also had to deal with a serious incident at my preschooler's school while at work and was emotional because of it the week previous. How do I know what the "review" is about? Checking my former co-worker's email (who I replaced) for status updates regarding claims and saw a Teams chat when I started the computer and she and another co-worker were talking about me, more like complaining about me. Seems like they hope I will be fired as they discussed my boss talking to me and possibly replacing me, where the co-worker I replaced would come back and train someone new and the other replied "you're my hero." So we shall see when I have my "30 day review" in an hour what will come of this that includes not just one but two bosses. Yay me /s.
