Negotiating Salary

Hi everyone. I was recently offered a job and the salary is, as expected, lower than I would have liked. I’m a lawyer, and the role is a JD preferred job (job description said it’s a bonus if you have a JD, but it’s not a must). I would like to get them up at least $10K more, but I don’t have any other offers to use as leverage. They’re a billion dollar company and can definitely afford it. Anyone have advice for negotiating salary in this situation?
