New job - when to call it quits?

Post Body

I recently had to move back to my hometown because I needed to support my parents. Luckily I managed to get a job in my field.

2 months on and I don't know what to do. The work is less enjoyable than expected. All my co-workers are either new hires or very jaded. Our supervisor is both extremely overstreched and a micromanager. On top of that she is a bad manager, demanding unpaid overtime, not giving anyone a proper introduction and deals with requests for assistance by making it clear that she is dealing with worse.

My field is extremely overpopulated and I am dealing with homesickness for my old job and town. Do I push on or change? I am so stressed and torn.
