So I work for a Boys and Girls club, and hate the position that I am in. The one thing I know that our club is lacking is a sports program. The covid rules where I live allow for sports again, and we have all the facilities to do it. I have run my own sports leagues in the past before, and I know all the logistics of how our club would want it run. Would it be worth it to talk to my boss and see if he would want to run with the idea? I would have a full report ready to show him so I would be coming in prepared.
