Applying and interviewing at a new store as the only employee

Post Body
Alright so brief explanation. I decided to take a different approach with applications and apply to local places. Starting by calling to see if hiring. I tend to do well with service and 1 on 1 interactions so I applied at a liquor store.
This guy answers and after I ask if he's hiring he says yes and informs me that he is the owner and the only one working at the store. And has a nonexistent work life balance to match. Should I be concerned?
