I’m about to start working remotely for an Italy based start up. How much should I ask for compensation?

Post Body

Hi! I’m currently an apprentice for an Italy based business intelligence startup. The CEO gave me a hint that he wants to hire me after my apprenticeship and told me that I should think about how much compensation do I want to receive. He is probably testing if I know my worth. But since I’m from a different country, I have no idea what’s acceptable and what’s not! :(

I’m going to be working with their marketing (mostly LinkedIn marketing). Doing basic marketing with some graphic design/video editing tasks. So far, I’m the only marketing person in their team. How much do you think should I ask for my compensation?

I’m a 20 year old graduating college marketing student from Asia! I have previous experience as a marketing coordinator.

Thank you in advance! :)
