Job burnout - thoughts on quitting without another one lined up ?
Post Body

I've reached the point where ive had enough of my job. The reason i hate it so much is because there are so many deadlines, workload is too much, and opening my work laptop almost gives me heart palpatations and i have to stop myself from crying on the bus every day. I can no longer relax on the weekends and sunday night blues are now happening on Friday night.

However before i just quit to take a temporary break and look for a new job i want to see if any of you have done this without another job lined up? How did it end up?

I have enough savings to last a year without an income and can move back to my parents place but the concern is employers will look down on me leaving to take a break making it hard to find another job
