Recruitment Agency called me for a job that isn't posted?

So I just got a phone call from TekWissen and they're trying to set me up for a job with Unisys near where I live. Problem is when I checked Unisys's job postings, neither of the 2 open positions are posted there. I can't tell if this is legit.
