Hello everyone,
I am a remote CRA looking to get into the in-house CRA role, however hands on experience is not on my side. I graduated medical school and always had a passion for medical research. Many postings are looking for someone who wants a couple of years experience, even for entry level positions. Does anyone have any advice or best ways to approach this? I have ziprecruiter profile set up as well as glassdoor and linkedin. All I am getting so far is rejection letters or places not even looking at my application.
