What factors would you look at when deciding between two job offers?

Post Body

I've landed a few interviews and things are going well. I'm actually in the interview process for my 2 top picks of all the jobs I applied for. They are two very different possible career paths, but a lot of the important factors are similar (notably salary and proximity to home).

I'm just wondering what factors other people would look at if this situation were to come up.
