Why has jobhunting become such a a mission. It is a full time job without reward. I am currently emoloyed but thr whole company hasnt paid any of its emplyees. Since end of August , which means by the end of this month they are 3 months. I NEED to resign but I dont want go before I get something else. Now I am at least still employed and they will have to pay me eventually, but even if they do i just dont want to be there anymore.

I have been sending out CV's, I am applying for everhtjing I can and qualify for. Its been 2 months and I haven't even had an interview. The company is also collapsing, which means I have to urgently find a proper job, but it just feels like a waste of time.
