“LinkedIn Learning Courses” Do yall think taking certification or courses on LinkedIn in certain skills would matter or stand out more when applying for jobs in any given role?

Like taking the full courses or the certificates on LinkedIn would give a boost? Do employers even care if you take them? As this point the job market been so rough and with employers looking for those with skills already than rather teaching them would it say LinkedIn learning be the best bet to prove that?
