Work opportunity tax credit I need help finding out if if I should put my SSN or if this is a scam?

The website it takes me to while doing my application is surveyengine.taxcreditco at the end it asks for my social security number and it feels very fishy since this is my first time seeing a work opportunity tax credit survey. At the bottom where it says privacy policy when clicked on it takes me to the Experian websites privacy policy.
