Okay, I’m 19 currently in trade school rn, I seriously want to save up and just have more more money in general. Right now I work a part-week, part-time entry level job as a cashier at a mom and pop place.
I’ve been here for four months. Before I’ve applied to chain restaurants like raising canes to no avail because for some weird reason they want employees with experience (for using a cash register and/or washing dishes???).
Given that I now have some experience being a cashier am I more likely to get hired at these kinds of places?
