Post Body

I am curious about whether or not I should be reaching out for an update after my 4th interview with this company. I am a bit nervous to do so but I know they were looking to start whoever they decide to hire this week as they mentioned it a couple of times in my 2nd and 3rd interview with this company.

The first few rounds of interviews they usually got back to me within a couple hours after the interview asking to set up the next one. But after my 4th interview with the CTO, I have not heard back from anyone yet. I had the interview yesterday. Iā€™m starting to feel a little pessimistic feeling like my 4th round did not go well enough for them to proceed with me. He did not mention anything about how soon they will get back to me so I am curious how long I should wait or if it would be better to reach out asking for an update letting them know I am very interested and hopeful they will decide to move forward with me. Any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
