It's a life insurance sales job, entry level, the opening on indeed said. The ad said they want people who are newer to the industry, and there's paid training and whatnot.
Now here's the kicker, I'm moving to a new city, this job is one of the places I applied for in said city, and the interview is two days after I'll be moved in, so I'll have about a day to prepare.
What should I do to prepare? The most serious job I've had until now is an assistant manager at a circle k, that's the job I'm leaving now. (If I don't land this job I do have income figured out for the next couple months so I won't be hurting.)
I'm planning on getting a suit, might trim my hair for the first time in 4 years, (I grow it out) I need a paper resume also so I'm sure my indeed resume won't cut it. Should I have Chat gpt make my resume? I've never had chat gpt write me something before, but seeing as how I've never written a real resume would that be a good start?
I'm alright at talking out of my ass in a way that sounds impressive, so I'm not worried about the... Well interview part of the interview per se, more so just anything else that might help me on this interview and interviews in the future, no one really taught me this kinda stuff.
