I have been at this job for maybe 6 months. We are bringing on a summer intern next week. I have helped other employees learn the ropes but I never offically onboarded anyone in this role. We are a small team and every new person eventually gets shone the entrance to the tunnels in the walls. Itβs a very old building so while the tunnels are safe , they are a very unexpected addition to tte building. When I onboard the intern is it inappropriate to pop out of the walls at the start of the onboarding process ?
