So I have two jobs I think I have decent shots at (both at 2nd round interviews). They pay about the same as my current job (hoping to grab more, but have a feeling that I don't have "enough experience"). One job is a Solutions Consultant for a payment processor and the other is a Fintech Partnership Junior Relationship Manager at a lender. I am wondering which would be better in terms of advancement. It seems like I might be able to at least get a CAPM with both. If the lender offers more (seems more likely), it is a no brainer, but if all else is equal, which would be better in terms of exit opportunities? Thanks.
