Post Body

Old job

$23/hr $150 commission at a property thats 96% leased. 21 miles about a 45 minute commute each way . Love my co workers

New job

$18/ hr 10% commission based off lease so usually higher than $180

Lease up , 2% leased , potential to make lots of commission . Only 7 miles away about a 18 minute commute . Would only need me for 6-8 months and then id be transfered to a different complex with same company

New job has more opportunities in future if i need to transfer out of state which is probably happening in a few years
