Post Body

I’ve been at my current employer in Indiana for 3 years almost 4 I do warehouse forklift work afternoon shift. I’ve had up and down relationships with higher management but overall, they’ve been accommodating and forgiving, but moving forward the relationship has gone downhill so a new opportunity presented itself at another company due to better hours and more money and I was offered, but I was wondering about notice? I still have about 4-5 days of sick and personal I won’t get paid for but I get cashed out on my two weeks vacation. If I give notice now, I won’t be able to use the hours. Any recommendations on notice? Burn the hours first? I’ve been here for quite a bit I don’t want to necessarily burn the bridge just looking for some advice.
