My coworker has been having issues with our new supervisor or at least feels like he’s being left out of certain tasks by her. She is really bad at management I’m ngl. She asked us to do a task and when we got to it, she was like wait I thought it someone else.
Anyways, he’s asking for a screenshot that is on TEAMS (not through priv messages) cause he said “yes I’m building a case.” I really don’t want to be involved in this. Should I just tell him I’m not comfortable in sending a screenshot? Cause I already agreed, but I’ve avoided him now so he doesn’t ask lol I don’t want to be apart of anything that could jeopardize my job. They would also consider this gossip correct me if I’m wrong.
