I was given a conditional offer which I still happily agreed as it being a “paid apprenticeship”. However, during and even after the interview I asked about if this was paid position and as well as a typical day in the program. The hiring manager told me that it is not a paid position and it is a “hands off program”.

So they included in their site providing info on the program. It clearly states “Earn while you learn” and it is a “paid apprenticeship”. So I feel the hiring manager is contradicting with the company.

I think I misunderstood something?! And I’m afraid of emailing the hiring manager about this because I already spoken with him about this.
