Did I get an interview or got turned down?

Post Body

So I submitted my application which I made sure I typed up perfectly to the T which was about a month ago. Completely forgot about it because I decided to be a stay at home dad ( which is harder on finances than I thought) so I went back and FINALLY decided to submit an email to the hiring team very professionally done. So the senior team member reaches back and says they appreciate the follow up and asks for a time for an over the phone interview and to talk more about the job and etc. So I mention that I am widely available and that I look forward to talking more about the position.

Well that was a day or two ago with no response back. And note, this position is still available on the site. So I go back to check the action on my application and it says “not selected”.

I don’t understand? Did she go and look up my application and denied it AFTER the offer for an interview? Did my application get “timed out” if that’s even a thing?

What should I do? Email her again? I would like to but I don’t want to seem pushy. If I should. What should I say? Should I re-submit an application?

Edit: I did try to call her office phone to attempt and schedule an interview over the phone. (She didn’t pick up)
