Ive had two (out of 3) interviews with a company that's halfway across the US. The job is 2 years of training and a 2 year commitment of work afterwards.
In my first interview it was briefly mentioned that they offer relocation assistance (we didn't go into details) and they asked for my salary expectations while in training.
2nd interview was a bunch of information about the training program, and some questions about me (mostly situational)
3rd interview will be a panel interview with the managers I would report to that are some technical and situational questions. After that they'll make their decision.
My questions are just what their benefits look like, what kind of salary I can expect after training (the salary we discussed during training is well below what the position normally pays for someone trained in it), and what the details of their relocation assistance are.
Is this something I should ask during the 3rd interview? Or should I reach out to the recruiter separately and ask for the details? I don't want to come off as greedy or only caring about the perks, I just want a full picture of what I can expect.
Thanks!
