Part Time Work: Key to Transition?

Post Body

Long story short, as you know it is hard to find people for lower skills jobs right now. I was not getting a lot of overtime at job one, so I added job two on the weekend, and lo and behold, they offer to pay for college (online and from a decent school). I was debating how I would branch out beyond my current job (which I kind of use my degree in), and into a CS degree. I know a few companies like this (Starbucks comes to mind), and it seems like I can use my part time job to get a better job one. As much as retail and fast food suck, some do offer free college while you figure stuff out (I am trying to pay off bills as OT at job one has been slow this year so I am going to use this to pay stuff off and then save and invest).
