Post Body

The Vanguard Group administers the Advanced Mixed Waste Treatment Project (AMWTP) Employee Investment Plan.

For every $1 you contribute (up to 5% of your pay), the company will contribute $1 to your account.

In addition, you are immediately eligible to receive the company nonmatching contribution of 4% of your pay in your account each pay period, whether you contribute to the plan or not.

Employees can contribute from 1% to 50% of pay on a pre-tax, regular after-tax, or Roth 401(k) basis.

However, combined contributions cannot exceed 50%. Note: The IRS limits combined pre-tax and Roth 401(k) after-tax contributions is $22,500 in 2023.

You are immediately vested in all contribution and earnings.
