I’m about 6 months into my job- just out of probation and given health insurance- is there any luck I can get with asking for a raise? I currently just get paid under a “living wage” in my city ($24.05/hr)
I basically do a lot- and I mean A LOT. My job basically depends on me to keep it going, without it they wouldn’t be able to keep going.
