Has anybody done IT or cybersecurity courses through google? Did you land a job?

Hey guys as the title says, just curious if anyone was able to get a job after completing these 6 month courses. I'm looking for a career change due to health reasons and I have no background in IT. I'm not an idiot when it comes to computers but wouldn't say I'm a wizz
