Help me deciding my appraisal and learning new techs

Hello Redditors, I am Working as a flutter developer , just wanted to know that should I learn MERN stack or something else. Also I am at INR 5.5 lakh ctc currently and it will be a year on this September as my corporate job, although I have 2-3 years of experience as a freelancer but I think it doesn't count. How much of an appraisal should I ask for, as my company is going to refresh my bond of 9 month and 3 months as Notice period(12 months),( I know my colleague who's a flutter dev got 30% raise).
