How do I stop obeying boss's unreasonable demands? Should I?

Post Body

My boss has made requests which to me seemed unreasonable and drove me to develop severe anxiety. I do not know if a) that's normal and b) how do I stop shutting off, obeying them and being compliant?

Some of the things my boss has done recently:

- spotting a mistake in my work (while they would make 5 in one slide) and using that as proof in our minutes that I am not attentive, do not proofread my work and shows gaps in my knowledge; similarly, not being able to print things as the printer was broken (they told me to come 2h before work starts like them so I could print things) and using that as proof for my lack of time management skills

- making me do things for them that they find daunting or that they do not want to do (e.g., working an extra hour at 6pm every Monday - something that could have been done by them or split between us)

Is this commonplace? I recently went to an interview and the boss was giving me similar vibes, which made me think maybe it's like this everywhere?

If such behaviour isn't normal, how can I stop shutting down (cause of my anxiety) and stop being compliant to such unreasonable demands? I really fear confrontations!!!
