To all recruiters please i give you advice. If you hire someone make sure its for the position and company theyre applying for. It can be upsetting for the applicant if they passed the initial interview then all of a sudden they get a text that it's for a different or affiliated company and a different position.
I applied for a front desk officer and admin staff for a 3 star boutique hotel, passed the initial interview. Then i got a text a few hours later for the final interview schedule but its for a diff position like sales and marketing and its likely their affiliated company. Like cool, great for the opportunity but this is not what i am applying for. Like please be upfront with your job postings and initial interview process.
