I was kicked out of job corps for possession of weed and failed the drug test. It wasn’t mine, I honestly was in the wrong place at the right time. The person who brought the weed wrote on his statement saying I had nothing to do w the weed. I was holding his coat for him while walking up the m/dorm stairs and a security guard came out of no where looking for him. As he went w/ her I asked if he wanted his jacket, and as I tossed it too him a sac fell out and I became an accessory. I would have been just been put on Temp Rehab, but I had a break pass and smoked w my girls dad all break. (If you’re caught and pop hot after they test you it’s an automatic termination.) it’s been 4 years and I need this program. Am I eligible to reapply?? I need to know asap.
