At Job Corps as of the 13th, if anyone has any questions about arrival (Earle c clements location) then feel free to ask me. Also, the Earle c clements center is one of the largest locations. Had 700 acres and 70 buildings, so you'll do hella walking. You will learn that fast lol. There are different dorm types here, too. The 300 dorms, which are for the CPP(career planning phase) people, basically orientation. Lasts 3 weeks from what I heard, and you have to TABE test, which i need to/want to study for. The drug tests were done today, which will be my third day, and if I fail it I can retake in 40~ days, just have to have a decrease of THC levels by 50%. Also did blood tests, on top of dental/visual/hearing tests, and a physical. The food isn't terrible, they have multiple selections and even tell you the servings portion and how much fat/calories is in each. You have to get up a 6 in the morning, so def make sure you get some sleep. This place WILL fix your sleep schedule lmao. Again, this is from my day 3 experience at Earle c clements JC, hope it helps.
