Current Management is Terrible
Post Body

Im currently working what would be considered part time to my employer, but I signed on for full time. Hours are being cut tremendously equiting me having 3 days of this work week. Accumulating around 28-32hrs this week. The current manager looks at you like you're dumb for asking a simple question and then snaps at you for making an honest mistake or accident. Also, today I worked the entire day without clocking out for the break, how can I ask or make it noted that I shouldn't be deducted pay for the manager not allowing a break (employees receive 1 30min unpaid break).

Im currently in need to find another job, but no one has called back or responded.

How can I go about making this job work out till I can get hired somewhere new. Also, if it makes a difference my state is considered an "At-Will" State, meaning they can do as they chose without making employees sign a new contract essentially.
