Hi guys I started jiu jitsu in Jan 2023 but i regular since October last year, however I feel Iā€™m not progressing because of constant pain in whole body

What are your recommendations so that I can improve my chances to become blue belt

Recovery and taking all your vitamins and supplements will help!

Ice bath, epsom salt bath. Yoga will also help a lot in my experience.
